1. Substrate Pre-treatment & Loading: Load pre-wetted substrate raw materials (sawdust, cottonseed hulls) and additives into the tank.

2. Mixing & Dosing Cycle: Start main drive motor and water pump; twin augers rotate for 5-8 minutes to homogenize moisture.

3. Gate Opening & Discharge: Upon completion, open bottom discharge gate to feed mixed substrate onto conveyors or elevators.

4. Cleanup & Maintenance: Disconnect main power after operation, clean internal residues, and inspect belt/chain tension and oil level.

Mechanical Safety: Never reach hands, arms, or tools inside the mixing chamber or discharge port while augers are rotating.

Drive & Gearbox Maintenance: Replace gear oil after initial 100 hours of operation, then every 1,000 hours; grease chains & bearings regularly.

Overload Prevention: Strictly prohibit overloading or inserting hard foreign objects (e.g. stones, iron blocks) to prevent blade damage.
